Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Mythanexis in the areas of web design, web development, hosting, deployment, maintenance and SEO.

  1. Services

Mythanexis offers services including:

  • Web design

  • Web development

  • Hosting

  • Deployment

  • Website maintenance

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

The exact scope of services will be defined in the individual agreement or project offer.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer or TWINT according to the conditions defined in the agreement.

Mythanexis is currently not subject to Swiss VAT according to Art. 10 para. 2 MWSTG.

  1. Late Payments

If a client fails to meet payment obligations, Mythanexis reserves the right to:

  • temporarily deactivate the website

  • suspend further services

  • initiate legal action if necessary

  1. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all required content such as text, images or access credentials in a timely manner.

Delays caused by missing client materials may result in delays in the project timeline.

  1. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after the agreement has been concluded, the agreed amount remains payable.

Work already completed must be compensated.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts and developments created by Mythanexis remain the property of Mythanexis until full payment has been received.

Usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment.

  1. Liability

Mythanexis shall only be liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Liability for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit is excluded.

  1. Changes to Terms

Mythanexis reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  1. Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
